This is a local, down-to-earth Teochew restaurant, with at least 50 years of history and now on its second generation. The Teochew Porridge (Teochew fish slice porridge and Teochew Pomfret porridge), Lo Mei and prawn balls are all quite familar with local eaters. With its wide array of food, it is quite hard to pinpoint which one is the food that nest represents the restaurant. However, there is one dish that stands out from the others, that is its fish noodles, which are noodles made from fish flesh, and can be cooked in a variety of ways, including dried tossed, cooked in a soup or stir-fried.
